Do you have the skills to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that don't just grab attention but drive real revenue? We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our lead generation strategy — and get rewarded for your success. Key Responsibilities: Design, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and other platforms with a primary focus on lead generation. Create persuasive ad copy and high-converting creatives focused on generating qualified leads. Continuously optimize campaigns for higher conversion rates and lower cost per acquisition. Conduct A/B testing, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance. Monitor and report on lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. Requirements: Proven track record in digital marketing with a clear focus on lead generation and conversion. Expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and data-driven marketing. Demonstrated success in creating high-converting ad copy and creatives. Experience in education, consultancy, or high-value services is a plus. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and creativity skills. Compensation: Base Pay: HKD 5,000 - 8,000 (depending on experience).
