寻找一个内容创作者助理，具体任务如下： * 根据创作者的独特风格和领域构思视频概念 * 协助博主日常视频拍摄（每周需要在香港出席一天），提醒博主重要信息，保证工作顺利进行。 *安排日程档期，记录、发送每月需要代办事项，并协同博主博主完成，要求对事务安排有逻辑性，不遗漏有优先级。 * 懂得摄影剪辑 * 熟练进行视频编辑 * 下载并翻译之前的内容为中文 * 每天在中国社交媒体平台上发布过去和新的内容（小红书、抖音） * 为Instagram和Tiktok制定每月的工作计划并配合博主时间进行汇报 * 创造与品牌形象和产品相符的创意视频和照片 * 根据内容日历创建和编辑内容 * 负责博主的账号内容的运营，选题策划，脚本撰写 * 安排并发布内容在品牌的社交媒体页面上 * 通过回复评论和解答问题来管理社区 我们寻找以下技能： * 较强的组织能力，善于沟通交流，有问题及时沟通 * 对社交媒体趋势、热度话题具有敏锐意识和跟进能力 * 理解Z世代和互联网文化，并能将其适应到创作者的领域和品牌中 * 对节日和文化活动有了解，并能根据其调整内容 * 中英双语流利（普通话） * 每周至少能前往香港一次全天 * 熟练掌握视频编辑 * 强烈的审美触觉和创造性思维 * Ideate video concepts in line with the creator's unique style and niche * Provide assistance during video shoots (requires presence in HK once a week for a day) * Capture engaging photos for photo posts * Proficient in video editing * Download and translate previous content into Chinese * Post both past and new content on Chinese social media platforms daily (xls, douying) * Develop a monthly content calendar for Instagram and Tiktok * Generate creative ideas for videos and photos that align with the brand's image and products * Create and edit content in accordance with the content calendar * Write engaging captions and relevant hashtags * Schedule and post content on the brand's social media pages * Manage the community by responding to comments and inquiries Skills we are seeking: * Strong organizational skills * Keen awareness of social media trends and ability to keep up with trends * Understanding of Gen Z and internet culture, with the ability to adapt it to the creator's niche and brand * Knowledge of holidays and cultural events, and the ability to tailor content accordingly * Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) * Availability to travel to HK at least once a week for a full day * Proficient in video editing * Strong sense of aesthetic and creative mindset
