My company is a Japanese retailer with office in Hong Kong and we need to find a freelancer to help us translate Japanese product descriptions (features/selling points) into Traditional Chinese and English for web usage. Candidate with bilingual translation experience for consumer products, proven capability to apply the tone & manner of the assigned brand, and time availability to handle large volume of work with accuracy and consistency will be ideal. Each Japanese product description contains around two to four short sentences and there are roughly 3,000 Japanese product descriptions in total. Translated copies can be submitted by batch based on mutually agreed timeline. Since maintaining tone and manner of our brand is important, shortlisted candidates may be requested to try translating a few examples to see if we can be a good fit.
