As a Retail Designer under the Production Services division, you will be responsible for providing key creative support in adapting our Client’s Brand / Visual Merchandising Guidelines to each Point-of-Sale location. You will manage the creative section of our deliverable – putting together design studies and schematic drawings for events, stores design, permanent merchandising units and miscellaneous projects from conceptual development to completion. You will play an important role in the creative part of our execution and advise on our execution of the design you put together. Responsibilities - Develops creative deliverables (conceptual alignment, 3D design, technical drawings…etc) under the direction of Creative Director and delights Clients with sensational designs and timeliness of work. - Understand our Clients’ brand and product portfolio, creative needs, and assist our Client Coverage team to present creative solutions. - Develops a sense of ownership of projects and passion for assignments. - Accepts and implements new ways of working that allow the Team to deliver quality work better and more professional. Minimum Qualifications - 1+ Year Design Experience in Luxury Brands, Exhibition or Events. - Fresh Graduates with Strong Portfolio and Passion are welcomed. - Proficient in 3D & 2D Software (i.e. 3D Studio Max, Solidworks, Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator…etc) - Ability to Manage End-to-end Creative Development - Relevant Experience in Retail Design for Luxury Brands is a plus - Detail-Oriented, Organized and Dedicated, Proactive and Enthusiastic with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups and regions.
