We are a non-profit organization founded by Dr Lui Che-woo (呂志和博士) to honor and recognize individuals or organisations who have selflessly contributed to world civilisation with words and deeds. About our Founder: Dr Lui Che-woo’s experience of hardship in his early life during the war paved the way for his later success. He cherishes the belief in “giving back to the society from which one has benefited”. Hence, he is determined to set up the LUI Che Woo Prize – Prize for World Civilisation (hereinafter called “the LUI Che Woo Prize” or “the Prize”). To assist in producing the following deliverables: Overview of Hong Kong youth population and assess the needs of Hong Kong’s youth through summarizing available official data, research, and insight conducted by scholars, think tanks, and NGOs. Review existing studies to explore important skill sets that are important for their future development and suggest indicators that could benchmark youth development. Identify what businesses, government, NGOs, and charitable foundations have been doing to address selected issues related to Hong Kong's youth. Duration: Mid of Nov 2022 to end of January 2023
